The Account Portal allows an account administrator to fully manage your complete TurboBridge Account, providing access to all conference bridges in the account and visibility into all settings, billing and usage activity.
- Add or delete conference bridges.
- Modify the Conference ID, Host PIN, and default feature settings for existing conference bridges.
- Manage the list of email addresses who receive notices and conference reports.
- Access usage reports, invoice history, and payment receipts.
- Update pricing plans and payment methods.
- Extend administrative access to other individuals.
- Cancel your account, or reactivate a canceled account.
Accessing the Account Portal
Click on the Login link on the top menu bar, and select Account Administrator. You will then be prompted to enter email address and password. You may bookmark the login page at https://account.turbobridge.com.
You can view and manage multiple TurboBridge accounts with a single login. The Summary tab lists all of the accounts linked to your login email address, with the ability to add new accounts or cancel current accounts.
You can edit, delete or add Conference IDs at any time. From the Manage Bridges tab, you can log directly into the Host Control Panel for a particular conference bridge to access the dashboard for controlling live conference calls. You can modify default feature settings and manage a list of people who receive email conference reports after each conference call. You can also enable or disable Toll-Free Access to a particular conference bridge, for increased expense control. This section allows you update account profile information, view activity on your conference bridges, and create custom activity reports. You can also add or delete administrators who can manage your account. (All administrators have equivalent privileges.) You can also assign alphanumeric reference labels for easy project tracking.
You can switch service plans, update payment methods, and manage your prepaid minutes (if available with your service plan) via the Billing tab. You can also download and print past invoices and view the running balance of usage charges that will be included on your next invoice.
